Returns & RefundsGolf Direct Return and Refund Policies Unused Goods In the event that you are have purchased the wrong goods or you are not satisfied with any purchase from Golf Direct UK, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. We can only cover the return shipping costs if we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until we have received the goods at our premises. It would be helpful if you could include your order number and a note of what action you wish to be taken. To Exchange Goods In order to speed up the exchange process we would recommend that you place a new order for the goods that you require so that you receive the required goods as soon as possible. Then when you ship the original goods back to us please include a note that you wish a refund and as soon as we receive these goods back we will issue the refund. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for used, second hand or custom fit goods unless they were delivered faulty. Faulty Goods All goods we sell are covered by a 12 month guarantee from the manufacturer. If any goods arrive faulty or become faulty through normal use then please do the following: Please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number, and your daytime contact number. If the fault is agreed by us then we will either exchange the goods or offer a refund. If there is a dispute with regard to the fault we will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and, at their discretion, repair, replace or return the item to us if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault. The Return Address When returning goods please make sure you retain your proof of posting or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until we have received the goods back..
