Here at Golf Direct we try very hard to offer a good quality customer service. If we should have any problems with an order we will make contact with the customer to let them know what's going on. The waterfront rain suit arrived this morning (Saturday) and I am well chuffed with it.  I believe this is the mark of a really good company because when I ordered the original waterproof it was too small with jumpers underneath.  And yet you sorted it and quickly without any argument.  Within a week, you refunded my postage and sent me a size larger.  I shall have no hesitation in buying stuff from you again.  Many thanks.
