Customer Comments

Here at Golf Direct we try very hard to offer a good quality customer service. If we should have any problems with an order we will make contact with the customer to let them know what's going on. We have started to receive e-mails from customers that have kindly let us know how happy they have been with our service and here are a few of their comments:

I wanted to wait until I received the goods before getting back to you on this. They arrived today and all is in perfect condition and when I got the invoice I was only charged for the 2 day delivery so everything is fine from my point of view.

I appreciate you getting back to me so promptly on both my original order and the delivery query. I accept that small mistakes like this can happen and in this case it has been at no additional cost or hassle to me.

I'll certainly be purchasing from you again in the future and also recommending your site to others involved in my golf society :)
